Monthly Limited

  • Monthly Bookkeeping

  • Fees starting from $150 (less than 50 transactions per month*)

  • Up to 2 Bank/Credit Card Account Reconciliations

  • GST Filing Annually

  • Semi-Annual Financial Reports

  • 45 minutes of support each month (including queries)

  • Not included:

  • A/R or A/P Management

  • Trade-Specific Administration

  • Software Fees

  • Additional support or administration is billed hourly

Monthly Classic

  • Monthly Bookkeeping

  • Fees starting from $300 (less than 100 transactions per month*)

  • Up to 4 Bank/Credit Card Account Reconciliations

  • GST Filing Quarterly or Annually

  • Quarterly Financial Reports

  • A/R or A/P Management     

  • Trade-Specific Administration

  • 90 minutes of support each month (including queries)

  • Not Included:

  • Software Fees

  • Additional support billed hourly

Premium

  • Weekly Bookkeeping (or as required)

  • Fees starting from $500 (less than 200 transactions per month*)

  • Up to 6 Bank/Credit Card Account Reconciliations

  • GST Filing Monthly, Quarterly or Annually

  • Monthly Financial Reports

  • A/R and/or A/P Management

  • Trade-Specific Administration

  • Unlimited support

  • Not Included:

  • Software Fees

 

 

*Number of transactions include business, non-business (donations, etc) and personal transactions.
